Etiquette elocution in Kamloops on Feb. 19

Sara Hacala, a certified etiquette and protocol trainer who lives in Connecticut, will be in Kamloops this month to present a free public lecture: Living the Golden Rule — Faith as Civil Living.
Hacala, author of Saving Civility: 52 Ways to Tame Rude, Crude and Attitude for a Polite Planet, will speak on Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m. at St. Paul’s Cathedral, 360 Nicola St.
