The Lighthouse Community Centre in Qualicum Bay burst into life on Sunday as the Qualicum Bay Lions Club hosted the centre’s monthly community breakfast and flea market.
The breakfast is held on the second Sunday of each month and is hosted by a different community group each time.
Besides a surprisingly wide variety of goods and services at the flea market, the event featured pancake breakfast cooked up by the Lions, a poultry swap, live music and even a psychic and wellness fair.
The entry fee was by donation, with proceeds from this event going towards the local Lions Club.
