Christmas tree sale for charities at Canadian Tire in Maple Ridge.

A tree sale on Saturday will benefit two Maple Ridge charities.

A local tree farmer donated 75 Christmas trees to help the Friends in Need Food Bank, which is splitting the proceeds with the Ridge Meadows Educational Foundation, which will sell the trees.

The trees will be offered at Canadian Tire (11969 - 200th St.) from 9 a.m. until they are sold.
