Rob Vecchio place handcuffs on Kamloops This Week writer Dale Bass on Thursday, Nov. 15, outside the Dalhousie Drive newspaper office. Photographer Hugo Yuen captures the takedown on behalf of the Thompson Nicola Cariboo United Way. The Jail and Bail event saw Mounties 'arrest' various people in the community and take them to cells at the Tournament Capital Centre, from which prisoners had to raise $500 to secure their release. The campaign is designed to raise funds for the United Way, with this year's goal set at $75,000.
