Abbotsford's Home Outfitters store to close

Abbotsford's Home Outfitters store will close January 2015.

The store is owned by Hudson's Bay Company, which is merging its Home Outfitters stores with Hudson's Bay Home.

Tiffany Bourre, spokesperson for Hudson's Bay, said that the company is creating a streamlined store base while expanding its online services.

Bourre said employees at the store will be offered transfers where possible.

Home Outfitters is a home specialty store, located in Abbotsford at 1425 Sumas Way.
