Nancy Small new head of Tourism Burnaby

Nancy Small is the new executive director of Tourism Burnaby as of June 9.

Small has Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Her experience includes sponsorship development, event marketing, integrated advertising campaigns, and public relations. She has also built diverse partnerships with local tourism groups, charities, corporations and various levels of government.

She replaces longtime executive director Matthew Coyne, who left the post to become the CEO of the Take a Hike Youth at Risk Foundation.
