Free workshop at Semiahmoo Public Library

A free workshop at Semiahmoo Public Library June 4 will focus on dementia and maintaining a healthy brain.

Certified dementia practitioner and professional consultant on aging Karen Tyrell will speak at the one-hour workshop, presented by Comfort Keepers, providing an overview of dementia, along with the benefits of having a healthy brain.

The workshop is from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the library, 1815 152 St. Free refreshments provided.
