Butchart Gardens short listed by USA Today and 10Best in vote for best public garden

The Butchart Gardens has been short listed as one of the top 20 gardens in North America as activity heightens to pick the Top 10. The web site 10best.com states Nothing says "winter's over" like trees and flowers budding out, then bursting into bloom and advises readers to vote by noon on March 31 for the Best Public Garden.

“We are delighted to be included with such stellar gardens as Longwood Gardens in Pennsylvania and the United States Botanical Garden in Washington, DC,” said Dale Ryan, director of public relations at The Butchart Gardens. “We hope the thousands who have rated us on TripAdvisor and our Facebook fans who like our gardens are aware of the voting opportunity.”
