SendtoNews, NASCAR sign video deal

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., VANCOUVER, BC – Digital sports video news agency SendtoNews announced a multi-year worldwide digital partnership with NASCAR today, coinciding with NASCAR’s season-opening crown jewel event, the 55th NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Daytona 500 on Feb. 24. Under the agreement, SendtoNews receives worldwide rights to distribute NASCAR race highlights and other event content to thousands of member news outlets like bclocalnews/video.

SendtoNews will distribute accessible, high-quality HD highlight packages leveraging NASCAR content for the needs of local and international digital media, beginning with the Daytona 500.

Highlights of race day content will be packaged and ready for download early the next morning after each event. Other content distribution may include archival footage, event weekend and post-event content (interviews, press conferences), Top 10 Drivers of the Week, Top 10 Events of the Month, and more.
