Vesta Properties up for pair of awards
A local company has been nominated in a pair of categories for the 2013 Ovation Awards.
Langley's Vesta Properties Ltd. is a finalist in two categories as the Greater Vancouver Home Builders' Association announced the finalists for the awards, which will be presented at an awards gala on April 20.
Vesta Properties is nominated in the categories of single-family builder of the year as well as the category of best single-family detached home, 2,000 to 2,999 square feet. The company has two entries in that category as both their Milner Heights Seasons Phase2 and Vantage Single Family Home are nominated.
The awards, now in their fourth year, celebrate the region's best builders, renovators and designers.
"High-quality home building and renovation are hugely important to the homeowners of Metro Vancouver," said GVHBA chief executive officer Bob de Wit.
"The Ovation Awards recognize the industry's leaders in innovation and excellence."
