Revelstoke clothing designer Brad Bidner launched his first line of apparel under his brand, Dressed Under the Influence at the Traverse Lounge on Saturday.

Bidner said he grew up around clothing – his parents were in and out of the clothing business – so he wanted to get his own line going.

The name comes from the way he is influenced by the artists he works with, as well as an obvious play on the more classic DUI meaning. He launched the line with a party at Traverse Lounge and there was a whole lot of his shirts on display on the packed crowd there.

DUI is limited edition right now. He has dreams of going worldwide with the brand but for now he suggested finding DUI on Facebook and there is a website under development at dressedundertheinfluence.com.
