The questions and answers on pages A20 and 21 of last week’s Observer were enlightening.

Especially Mr Hilderbrand’s arrogant response to the last question when he stated, “we own the site and whatever we propose we will build.” A warning I sincerely hope the mayor and council will heed if they think they will have any control over this development if they allow it to proceed.
