If they had a King of the Hill, Billy Bell would be standing on top of it.

Nobody garnered more points than Bell during the Bill John Memorial Stock Car racing competition this past weekend in Merritt.

Bell topped all comers with 145 points, 10 more than Wayne Lakerveld in the Bomber 4 Cylinder class. In third spot was Wayne Adams.

Ten points was also the margin of victory in the Bomber 6 and 8 Cylinder class with Tom Rudzrogc winning with 106 points. Tom Parsons was the runner up.

In the Hobby class, Billy Kerns had 103 points, enough to edge Grant Powers by a mere three points. In third place, with 92 points, was Darren Medalf.
