Students and staff at Ralph Bell elementary, along with the Valleyview community, would like to thank Tom Rankin of 1-800- GOT-JUNK for his kind and generous donation of wood to our school.

Spearheaded by Grade 6 students, an amazing art project was completed over a one-year period, using the wood donated.

If you are on Valleyview Drive in front of the school, glance over at the multitude of round wooden circles full of uniquely painted loons, rattlesnakes, bears, salmon and coyotes, all of which are erected along the fence.

Kudos to the community for respecting and admiring them.

Rankin and the students have helped beautify the community.
