Pretty paper costs a penny — to tax payers

To mayor and council:
I’ve just received a bill for utilities — on quality paper — complete with the new Barriere logo.
This is a joke, right? Surely you don’t expect us to pay this bill, after the huge inflated tax increase in our tax bills?
I assumed that the cost of the community utilities had been incorporated into the taxes, and that this was a partial reason for the otherwise inexplicable increase in our tax bills.
Our next public council meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 21. I suggest that the legislation regarding these utility bills be repealed at this meeting. Enough is enough.
