In case you hadn’t noticed life can be nice, and sometimes life can be a bummer.
I had to come to grips with a nasty medical problem yesterday morning and found that out with a vengeance.
All things being equal though I’m up and “at’em” again today.
Had a good time at Fun Cards at the Senior’s Hall last Wednesday and I actually won one game of “Oh Darn” for a change. New players are welcome, each Wednesday at 1 p.m.
I had occasion to make a trip to the local grocery store last week and saw the flower display in front of the store. It is truly beautiful this year. It catches the eye with its great masses of colour and the people who planted it are to be congratulated. I’ve rarely seen a more beautiful display anywhere.
Unfortunately, my Duff dog is rapidly earning first place in neighborhood doggy circles for whining.
The further away from her you go the more refined it gets. If I have a hearing problem, she’s the culprit and she can’t even carry a tune.
