Sports Scope

TERRACE ATHLETES will represent the Northwest zone team starting tomorrow for the BC Summer Games in Kelowna.

In all, Terrace and Thornhill will send 56 athletes and 11 coaches as part of the team that encompasses the area between Smithers to Prince Rupert, the Nass Valley and the Queen Charlotte Islands.

Here is the full list of local representatives:

Equestrian: Michalla Heighington.

Golf: Kirk Smith (head coach).
