Don’t bite the hand protecting you
Dear Sir:
As the inquiry for the death of the Polish immigrant takes place it seems as though the general media is taking a little too much joy in the recent troubles of the RCMP. Although the police need to be held accountable for the alleged transgressions of a few we still need to really respect them as a whole. Across Canada many officers work tirelessly to keep us all safe and secure without due respect and without proper appreciation. As a part of emergency services I have personally witnessed innumerable acts of great professional conduct and officers personal acts of kindness to the public whether accident victims or disadvantaged members of the community. Without the service of the police in our society we are all at great disadvantage, lets give them the appreciation they all deserve, thank you for your time.
