THE LARGEST ski swap in northern B.C. is here for another year, offering a wide variety of skis, boots, boards and more.

At The Shames Mountain Ski Club and The Canadian Ski Patrol Annual Ski and Snowboard swap there will be over 30 volunteers working over two days to put on the event.

This year items can bought with a credit card, making those purchase that much easier.

Friday Nov. 6 is when you can drop off your gear from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a $2 drop off fee per item, which is returned if your gear sells. Then bright and early Sat Nov. 7 people can shop from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Gear can be picked up at 4 p.m.

This local event has a regional draw, with people attending from Smithers, Kitimat and Prince Rupert.

Northern Escape Heliskiing will join the swap this year along with Ruins, All Seasons, and Winterland. There will also be registration for all Shames Mountain Ski Club programs.

Shames Mountain will also be back to take your season pass photos.
