Time to roar

We are in for a very special treat in Prince George next week. Some of the best curlers Canada has to offer will be in town competing in the Road to the Roar. It is quite possible that some of the same curlers we will be cheering on here next week will be the ones we’re curling on in February when the Olympics get underway.

To say the calibre of the curling we’ll see here next week is world class would be an understatement. There is no doubt that we will be treated to the best curling that anyone can witness.

It will truly be a stellar event. Take the time to get down to a game or two. You won’t be disappointed. You will get to see, up close and personal, some of the best curlers in the world. You might see, up close and personal, curlers who will represent Canada at the Olympics. And, you might see future Olympic medallists in action.

Who wouldn’t want to see that?

The Road to the Roar gets underway on Sunday with the opening ceremonies and the curling action begins on Tuesday.

Check it out.
