Don Dillabough, left, is presented with a plaque by Siegi Kriegel, the Fisheries area director for the north coast. Dillabough was being recognized by the Kitimat Hatchery for his five years of volunteering to angle for Steelhead for the hatchery’s stock. Manager Martin Forbes said that there are other volunteers in the program as well but Dillabough has certainly put in the most time so far.
