NEW Candidate
A FORMER TELKWA mayor has become the Liberal candidate for the Skeena – Bulkley Valley riding for the next federal election. Sharon Hartwell was unopposed in her quest, which became official at a Liberal nomination meeting held in Terrace Oct. 24. Hartwell had been mayor of Telkwa for 12 years through four election victories before deciding to not run again.
