Monday, October 26th was National School Library Day. At Houston Secondary School, the entire school community took part in a D.E.A.R. (Drop Everything and Read) campaign. All students and staff went out to the hallways and foyer to read for 20 minutes as a community. The DEAR program was celebrated by schools across Canada in recognition of National School Library Day and International School Library Month.
