Thieves: return the stolen coins
Editor:
On April 9, our home was robbed by three teenage girls. Two are former students.
About $1,500 to $2,000 was taken in loonies and toonies, along with the metal box they were in.
Some of the coins have been spent on beer and liquor purchased for the young thieves by an older friend.
We know the names of the girls and that of the person who purchased the liquor.
The police are not involved at present, although they have been notified of the theft. We want the money returned. Return it to our carport at our home.
