A man who has been convicted of several crimes in the Williams Lake area has been charged in connection with a 2006 murder in Kamloops.
Corbin Conrad Bob, 24, was arrested Sunday at the Kamloops Regional Correctional Centre, where he was just about to be released after serving almost two years for his part in the Nov. 9, 2006 robbery of a jewellery store in West Vancouver.
Bob was the second person taken into custody following the arrest of a woman in connection with the 2006 murder of Gary Cavanagh, Kamloops Mounties announced Monday.
Cavanagh was found murdered in a North Shore travel trailer in which he had been living on Oct. 29, 2006.
