The man who wrote songs promoting the Cariboo, like “The Williams Lake Stampede,” received country’s biggest honour last month: Alan Moberg was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.
Don’t forget, you can see this now legendary crooner at The Hills on Nov. 14.
Stove needed

Leo and his friends at the 100 Mile House Legion are inviting seniors around town interested in playing chess to join them in their regular games every week, currently played on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m.
