Jean provides great value at her place

100 Mile House has a unique store some folks haven’t checked out yet.
Jean’s Place sells both new and consigned items, ranging from clothing to baby items, as long as they are good quality, clean and fairly modern.
As a twist, and a way to support the Women's Centre, consignors can donate their portion of the consignment directly at the store.
“I am trying to supply the families of 100 Mile with what they need,” says Jean Gilbert, who opened the store about three years ago.
“It’s fun and rewarding — even big families can afford to clothe everyone.”
Jean’s Place is located at 328 Birch Ave., and Gilbert encourages everyone to stop by and
check out her great selection of affordable, quality items that include a lot of Cariboo winter wear, all in a store that is comfortably clean and tidy.
“Don’t judge a book by its cover — come in and discover.”
If you wish to bring in any consignments, call Jean first at 250-395-3389.
