Try something new to bust exercise rut
Finding a new activity you enjoy can be just what you need to bust out of that fitness rut.

Sometimes when you are looking to increase your activity level you have to try new activities. This week try a new activity. Try an activity that you have always wanted to do but never got around to doing. Or try an activity that you saw once and thought "that looks kinda fun." If you need a friend to accompany you, then call them up and do it together. Trying new activities is a great way to develop new hobbies and make physical activity FUN. However, there will be activities that you do not like so try a couple until you find one that you enjoy. We are all more likely to continue with an activity that we find fun. There is no reason why exercise cannot be enjoyable so find activities that you LOVE. Go GreenFighters!!!!!
